UX service

Promotion of the premium personal driver service “UX”

Provided upscale automibiles with personal drivers in any part of Moscow without delays. It stood for comfort, high status, and luxury that only the most successful could afford.

The goal

Upclient had a challenging task: to draw drivers to UX service, all while increasing the number of app downloads from the target Audience.

Target audience analysis

The primary target audience included people from the 19-24, 25-34, and 35-54 age groups with high disposable income.

That are also committed to using business-class taxi services, and often travel to Moscow's airports.

Strategy

The following instruments were used

  • Google Ads in "business-taxi" and "car with personal driver" segments.
  • Advertisement for the app in Google Ads and Yandex Direct.
  • A dedicated digital-complex, aimed at attracting new drivers.
  • Advertising on Facebook, OK.ru and Instagram.
Advertising campaign

From march through may 2019 we were able to attract enough drivers to ensure stable operation of the service.

The main focus was placed on contextual advertising in the shpere of premium taxi and luxury car rental services.

The second stage consisted of a massive advertising campaign to promote the UX app on social media using Google Display Network and Yandex Advertising Network.
